We took a quick overnighter to Antelope Island after the biting flies had gone.
We mountain biked (Darin Byron and Miriam did a long loop ride, Soren and I did a quick out and back)
Skipped rocks and caught brine shrimp
The Buffalo grill was sadly out of almost all of their food, but we managed to get grilled cheese and ice cream.
Miriam, practicing for her drivers licence drove me around the Island and then home while we left the boys to camp overnight.
I picked them up the next morning and we did a bit of bird watching/ rack scrambling before heading home.
